PUNSAA is a leading civil society platform that aims to engage all Puntland Non-State actors
Since its establishment in 2008, PUNSAA’s mission and primary objective is to enhance non-state actor’s voice. Through better coordination and networking that contributes to helping non-state actors to possess a vibrant space in policy dialogue arena especially, peacebuilding, security, democratization, development sustainability and have concrete influence in formulating policies that address the needs of all citizens.

Advocacy
PUNSAA can do what individual members cannot do, by bringing together broad cross sections of non-state actors, which speak with one voice on a given issue.
Peace building & Good Governance
PUNSAA takes part in the peacebuilding processes in Puntland & Somalia as whole by mediating between Non-State Actors and the State and any conflicting citizens.
Democratization
PUNSAA plays a key role in promoting the democratization process in Puntland. Since 2008, PUNSAA has been part of the election stakeholders.
