the Puntland Non-State Actors Association (PUNSAA) and the Homeland Development Association (HOMDAS) formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a partnership focused on strengthening capacity building for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Puntland, Somalia. The formal signing took place at the PUNSAA headquarters in Garowe, Puntland. The MOU was signed by Abdirahman Abdirisak of PUNSAA and Abshir Jama of HOMDAS.
This partnership aims to empower civil society in Puntland and received strong support from government officials, international donors, and CSOs. The collaboration is expected to significantly enhance the capacity and effectiveness of CSOs in Puntland, contributing to sustainable development in the Puntland State.
