Puntland Non-State Actors Association (PUNSAA) conducted a two-day training program focused on conflict resolution and negotiation skills in Carmo. This intensive training provided participants with practical techniques and strategies to effectively manage conflicts and enhance communication within the community. Through interactive sessions and hands-on exercises, attendees gained valuable insights and tools to promote peaceful resolutions and foster greater understanding among community members.
In addition to honing conflict resolution and negotiation skills, the two-day training program facilitated networking opportunities among participants from diverse backgrounds.
