Puntland Non-State Actors Association (PUNSAA) recently organized a training session in Harfo District focused on conflict resolution and negotiation. Attended by over 50 individuals from diverse sectors of civil society and the local administration, the session provided a platform for participants to enhance their skills in managing conflicts effectively. Through interactive exercises and discussions, attendees gained insights into identifying underlying issues, facilitating dialogue, and reaching mutually beneficial agreements.
The training fostered collaboration and networking among participants, drawing on their varied backgrounds to enrich discussions and perspectives. By equipping attendees with practical tools and knowledge, the session not only strengthened community engagement and governance in Harfo District but also empowered individuals to contribute positively to peacebuilding and development efforts in their communities.
