PUNSAA and HOMDAS Forge Partnership to Empower Civil Society in Puntland

The formal signing took place at the PUNSAA headquarters in Garowe, Puntland. The MOU was signed by Abdirahman Abdirisak of PUNSAA and Abshir Jama of HOMDAS.
